Here's the official list of people needing rooms along with the dates they'll be staying in that room. I'll be using this to keep track of room accommodation requests. So if you see any inacuracies, please let me know within this thread.

David Shook has expressed concern about the length of the stay. I quote:
"seven nights seems like a long time, especially at $169 per night. let's discuss. uncle david"
No problem. All everyone has to do is tell me when they want to attend. Once I've received everyone's "wish dates," we'll go from there.
Addressing his comment about cost: Please also remember the free breakfast and cocktail hours. Realistically, this is hard money you would have otherwise spent. Other less comparable accommodations were available at basically the same price (give or take $20 per night).

The Stephens clan is coming on the 20th (Saturday) and staying until Wednesday afternoon. There is talk of Tuesday afternoon, but I hate to miss anything. We will take one room with 2 double beds. I am not sure exactly what days Caroline will be there, but we will hammer that out this weekend. She will stay in the room with us too, since there is a pullout. Nancy and Dad will most likely be traveling with us. I will confirm our departure date by this weekend!

Scroll to the top of the page, click Edit Profile, and then click on the Avatar tab. From there select Enable Avatar then click Save. Click Browse to select and upload your picture.
Due to caching, your picture may take a moment to appear. Clicking the Update button a time or two will usually force an update.

10 4. Please check the revised schedule for accuracy above. And remember that each checkmark represents a night you'll need a room. So if you plan on leaving on Tuesday, you really only need the room until Monday. If I'm stating the obvious here, you can tell me to shut it.
All the Demshkis will be arriving on Saturday 6/21, staying 5 nights and leaving on Thursday 6/26.
Tim and Kim want one room with 1 King bed (5 nights).
Kristin and Kyle want one room with 2 Queen beds (5 nights).
Are there any golf courses around there AND would anyone else (besides Tim and Kyle) like to play golf?

Thanks for all your work on this it's really great to have these tools to see what everyone's plan is.
I've been slammed at work and away lots of weekends so I've finally had a chance to settle in and look at the schedule. I'll plan on booking a ticket in the next few days, but it looks like my parents have been in touch and that we all have one room so my flights shouldnt' make too much difference as long as what you've scheduled fits to my Lisa and Steve's schedule.
I don't golf, but I'd happily assist in scheduling a water park trip (I've heard rumors there's one nearby) if anyone has any interest. Let me know.
